Ouchie

This gives a new meaning to bird on a wire.  No wild life were harmed in the taking of this photo but I was lucky enough to catch just the right moment.

Another late entry: Weekly photo challenge: Split second. Gone in a flash.

We don’t get much rain around my part of the world at the moment and storms are even rarer. Thankfully this didn’t set anything alight on the hills near me although this storm rolled past and tornadoes were recorded on the coast side of the mountains. Tornadoes are even rarer than lightning storms in Australia.
